Challenge
Selling a project to a strategic client requires the ability to fit the requirements imposed and stand out from the crowd. You may have the best offer ever, but if you can’t communicate it and the client doesn’t feel engaged, you won’t sell any projects. How can you create a stunning sales pitch that will grab your audience’s attention and close the deal?
Intervention
If you want to get someone to do something they wouldn’t otherwise do, like buying your project, you need to make sure you can create value for them. So, the question isn’t “how can I sell my project to the client?”, rather it’s “how can I communicate the value I can create for them?”. With that in mind, we created an effective storyline and designed a powerful pitch presentation.

Outcome
The final pitch presentation became the managers’ most effective ally, and they were able to go out and pitch their offer to the client with complete confidence.
