Training presentation
Challenge
Training presentations are often and erroneously considered as a tool for trainees, rather than a support for trainers. This often leads to the creation of dense, content-rich slides that are not effective in terms of communication. If we add to this the poor attention span of the average training participant, the consequences are dire. This is why we have been asked to help improve some of the presentations used in training so that the trainer can deliver a better experience.
Intervention
We walked through the presentation with the trainer to identify the core messages that needed to be communicated during the training. Then, we reviewed all the slides and proposed a more streamlined and communicatively effective presentation that highlighted the main content without diverting attention from the trainer.

Outcome
The presentation we developed was then used by the trainer, resulting in a significant improvement in both participant attention and the overall training experience.
