LVMH is the global leader in the luxury sector, with over 75 Maisons in fashion, beauty, watches, wine, and spirits.
The Spanish office is a key hub for communication, training, and commercial strategy development.
The teams involved in the training are young, dynamic, and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders. For this reason, the quality of presentations is not just about aesthetics, but identity, consistency, and strategic impact.

cHALLENGE
The LVMH Spain team felt the need to elevate the standard of their daily presentations, making them not only visually appealing but also capable of supporting strategies and decisions in a clear and direct manner.
The main obstacle was the lack of a shared method: presentations varied in structure and style and often failed to fully highlight the content.
Additionally, there was a specific need to maintain high attention in a room full of young professionals accustomed to fast-paced rhythms and streamlined digital formats.
MLC partnered with LVMH Spain to elevate the quality of visual communication and bring a structured method to presentation design, aligned with the brand’s aesthetics.

SOLUTION
MLC created an intensive course on the Lean Presentation Design method, alternating theory with practical exercises customized to the brand’s templates, palettes, and fonts.
The training showed how aesthetics and functionality can coexist, transforming the energy of a young audience into a creative and experimental space.
The process, from material customization to interactive delivery, led to the success of the first edition and the planning of more compact courses to maintain focus.
The first step was a full 10.5-hour course dedicated entirely to the Lean Presentation Design method. Sessions alternated between theoretical moments and practical exercises carried out directly on corporate templates.
From the start, MLC worked with a mix of materials provided by the brand to build consistent exercises, adapting to the specific LVMH palette, fonts, and structure.
During the training, one of our trainers maintained an engaging style, focusing on rhythm and interaction to stimulate a young and dynamic audience. The goal was not only to teach how to build better slides but to impart a design mindset that could be applied in any visual context.
The key element that emerged was the relationship between aesthetics and functionality. In a company like LVMH, beauty is an integral part of the brand, but when it comes to presentations, it can never replace clarity.
The course enabled participants to understand how form and content can coexist in harmony. The young age of the participants, initially seen as a possible obstacle in terms of attention, turned out to be an asset: with the right approach, the training became a creative space where participants responded with enthusiasm, curiosity, and a desire to immediately apply the techniques they learned.

The course followed a well-structured process: receiving templates from LVMH, analyzing the materials by MLC, developing customized exercises, and delivering online sessions with direct trainer support.
For example, the module on the slide master was developed directly on the official LVMH version to guide participants in discovering every useful function for working with consistency.
RESULTS
The presentations created by the teams after the course are now more polished, readable, and consistent with the brand’s elegance. The visual narrative is smoother and more focused, and the content is more accessible, even for international audiences.
The training has left its mark not only in PowerPoint files but also in the way participants approach communication.
